The UK’s 2.3 million students are an audience that contributes £80 billion to the economy every year and represents the affluent, educated consumers of the future.

A total of 561,420 people have applied to start a course in 2019. That’s almost 2,500 more than this time last year, and the first increase in three years.

GUEST SPEAKERS

Capturing the hearts and minds of this highly influential audience when they are in their most formative years can easily result in them becoming loyal, brand advocates for life. This really is a generation worth understanding and getting to know right now.

So join us on the 14th of May where we will uncover how to successfully reach and genuinely connect with today and tomorrow’s youth and student audience.

Not to be missed, we will be joined by leading brands including ITV's Love Island and Voxi by Vodafone who will be sharing insights on how they've successfully engaged with this generation.

We'll also be sharing the findings from our recent research 'What Matters To Us: Volume 2' - where, for the second year running, we surveyed over 1000 university students across the UK to find out how students are feeling, acting, and importantly, changing. We'll then wrap up with a panel in which we will be joined by current students and you'll have the opportunity to fire questions at them on anything you've been dying to know about this audience.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

09.40-10.10 AM

For the second year running Seed will be revealing the top insights from their research 'What Matters To Us: Volume 2'. The research delved deep into the mind of students and surveyed over 1,000 students in the UK to find out what they really care about.  We look at issues that are topical such as the learnings from Fyre Festival, and subjects that are forever present such as the fraught relationship between students and money, to bring you a piece of research that will help you understand and connect with your audience on a deeper level.
